Since 1997, Victoria (Tory) Ruttenberg has been applying her considerable conflict resolution, executive coaching, and organization development skills toward helping leaders and organizations succeed. She works with nonprofit, for-profit, public-sector, and professional services clients.

Tory began her career as a lawyer, so she has a deep understanding of legal firms and their challenges. She consults with many leading D.C., national, and international law firms, and with the in-house counsel of a number of corporations and nonprofits.

In addition to degrees from Yale University and the University of Virginia School of Law, Tory holds an organization development certificate from Georgetown University. This has enabled her to improve the complex systems and human dynamics that can limit the performance and growth of organizations.

She received her certificate in mediation from the Center for Dispute Settlement in 1990 and subsequently mediated more than 100 cases. This experience gives her executive coaching and conflict resolution work the rigorous foundation needed to help high-potential individuals, managers, and teams achieve profound results.

The unusual depth and breadth of Tory's education and experience, combined with her perceptive intelligence and commitment to results, add up to a consultant who is quickly trusted by her clients and significantly contributes to their effectiveness.
